What age range are your toys designed for?
Most of our products are made for kids from birth through age six, though some items—like certain puzzles and craft kits—are great for slightly older kids too. Each product page lists a recommended age range, so you can find the right fit.
Are your toys safe?
Absolutely. Safety is baked into everything we make. Our products meet or exceed all applicable safety standards, and we test rigorously. If you ever have a concern about a specific item, just reach out.
What materials do you use?
We’re known for our wooden toys, and we take pride in using high-quality, sustainable materials. Many of our products are made with FSC-certified wood and non-toxic finishes. Other items use child-safe plastics, fabrics, and paper products. Details are on each product page.
Do you have toys for kids with special needs?
Many of our toys work well for children with different abilities. Our puzzles, sensory toys, and open-ended play sets are particularly popular with parents and therapists. If you’re looking for something specific, reach out and we’ll help you find it.
How do I clean your toys?
Most wooden and plastic toys can be wiped down with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid soaking them in water. Fabric items—like play food or dress-up pieces—usually have care instructions on the tag. When in doubt, gentle is best.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
We don’t currently offer gift wrapping, but our packaging is designed to look nice right out of the box. Many customers tell us the presentation is gift-ready as-is.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can usually update or cancel it. Once it’s on the truck, it’s harder to intercept—but we’ll do what we can.
